Just purchased this clock so don't know about the lifetime, but I love how quiet it is. Looks great on my wall, easy to read. I normally wouldn't buy a clock made out of plastic, but it doesn't look cheap. Highly recommended.

Works well so far (I've only had it about a week or so) a and It really is silent as it is supposed to be. Took off one star just because it's a bit plain looking, reminds me of the clocks in schools, etc. More style/color choices would be nice. But other than that it's good, especially for the price, so I'm getting another one for a friend.

What an amazing wall clock. I never seen these kind of clocks in my entire life. There is no need to invent time machine since this clock takes you in your past every 12 hours. You can live your 30 mins again every 12 hours. But be careful if you are relying on this clock for leaving office on time in the morning, don’t do. This clock gives you extra 30 mins though you get late for office but who cares sleep is the best medicine.I am using this clock to hide the bad paint job on my wall and it is serving best.Thanks for returning 30 mins back.

I bought 2 of these for use in different areas of my basement. The silent operation isn't important for my application, but they are quiet. They have both kept perfect time for the 48 hours I've had them up. I like the sweep second hand for timing things under a full minute. The size and simplicity of the clock face and numbers makes them easy to see and read from across the room.

The numbers are perfect size, the clock is very quiet running. The finish is smooth and shiny, very nice clock.
