This faucet seems nice quality and great value for the price. Knowing how much some faucets can be $100's of dollars this is a great bargain.looks great, functions perfectly, and was easy to install.My only complaint is the included soap dispenser seems to get a little rust on it. expecially where the soap comes out the end. Not sure why? maybe a different coating on it from the regular faucet?? the faucet is metal the soap dispenser is plastic, but with a "metal" finish. Maybe its not as quality as the faucet itself? not enough to dock points.

I’ve been wanting a faucet like this, pressure for me is amazing - photos speak for themselves - great bang for your buck, very cost effective, economical. Get a plumber to do the work for you, and set you up for success. Pic 1 is after, pic 2 is before - the results speak for themselves

The quality and look is on point. My first time using this type of faucet style. It’s not flexible kinda stiff maybe after time it will loosen up.

I bought the matte black faucet, we had some issues with one of the parts leaking but I talked to customer service and they quickly worked it out with me and got it fixed.

The install wasn't perfect, but that was due to how the holes had been cut in our sink initially. But the faucet plate moved around from day one, even though it was installed correctly and tightly. After about 4 months of regular use, the matte black finish started peeling off. Now, a bit over a year later, half of the finish is just gone. It peeled off quickly, and we just left it. We only ever wiped it gently with water on a soft sponge, but the paint just came off, almost as if someone had DIYed it in their garage with spray paint! After a few months, the pull-down also started leaking from the side whenever the single spray is activated. Only paid $70 for it, and as they say, you get what you pay for! Lesson learned.

This faucet #1: is beautiful, #2 is very well made, #3 EASY to install, and #4 the directions were so easy to follow and very helpful!I had to use the cover to hide previous holes from a 3 hole faucet, and the cover fit perfectly!I’m very please with this faucet I will be purchasing more in the future!

The media could not be loaded. I saw this faucet on a video review that praised it. Checked Amazon reviews and everyone said it was great and reliable for the price. I needed a fast replacement for my old faucet and didn't have the funds to get something with tons of features, but wanted it to look nice. This *seemed* like a perfect fit.First things first: it was easy to install and it looks fantastic.Now the cons: the base plate is warped. I figured if that was my biggest concern, I would be happy. But it gets worse. Every flaw was a flaw I'd accept for the price and a functional faucet but let's review them anyway:-Warped base plate, allows water underneath, need additional sealing to be waterproof.-minimal mobility/flexibility. The sprayer looks like it has a lot of motion but it really doesn't. I have a large farmhouse basic sink and it doesn't reach the edges so have to spray from a distance, which splashes.- low pressure. Yes, water pressure has some to do with your house. But this faucet has lower water pressure than my old faucet did when it was leaking. So I feel confident saying this is an issue with this faucet.- the two spray modes get stuck halfway sometimes and will do half/half modes. Not a big issue, but an issue nonetheless.All of these could be ignored... Until it started leaking. I bought this faucet less than a year ago. It is already leaking and spraying all over my backsplash and counters.I will be starting a return ASAP if they will allow it and I will be having to find ANOTHER new faucet AGAIN.So if you're looking for a budget friendly option.... Keep looking. Bc this will end up costing you more to replace in only a few months.
