Simple to set up. I didn’t think I would like this as much as I do. It’s winter now and i use it most every day. The heater is nice & Has different settings depending on your comfort level. It has several colors to choose from, but I typically leave it on orange, the most lifelike. It’s cool to the touch so no worries about kids and pets. I have mine standing on a shelf underneath the TV. It’s definitely not a real fireplace, but it sets a nice, warm, cozy mood.

better than I expected. My husband and I have done many linear fireplaces over the years and always used the Dimplex Prism BLF 5051. This time I took a chance and ordered a Tangkula 50 Inch Electric Fireplace and we are very happy with its over all look and performance. It was easy to install , works well and very low noise coming from the fan . It does heat a 400 plus square room. In my opinion it's very comparable to the Dimplex Prism BLF5051. If we need to do another fireplace we will definitely buy a Tangkula fireplace again.

This is a great looking electric fireplace. Really low profile, doesn’t stick out from the wall, and looks really realistic in person! The heater has high and low. Also with a thermostat that actually works! It feels built really well, and can’t really hear the heater once it kicks on. Definitely recommend for the price!

This is so much better than a more expensive one we purchase 2 years ago but quit working. The flame and log set up is pleasant and realistic. It discharges heat forward as opposed to upward as our last unit. This makes it more effective.

The fireplace creates the ambience that we were looking for. It looks great. The low height fits perfectly under the window where we wanted to place it. It was easy to work with to build a wooden mantel. We don’t use the heat much, but it warms nicely and it’s pretty quiet too.

The media could not be loaded. We ordered this because of reviews,even though there were not many. We had been looking at Fireplace Stores, but they were so expensive. We ordered this and have NO REGERTS. The company shipped it quickly, packed well.everthing intact. The size and construction are better than we could hope for ; for the price. We love the flame as well. 9 different colors, but we are more traditional, so mainly we'll use the one shown. So very glad we took a chance, this is 100% what we wanted. We may not use the heat feature often, but love the ambiance and the option of heat for those chilly mornings.

Sleek looking fireplace. Very easy install

Heater looks great. I put it on to a lower shelf of an antique serving table. It fills the space nicely. I do nt feel the heat coming out however.
