It is a heavily illustrated "manual" of differing gestures meant to offend people of many different cultures. You could use it as a "What NOT to do while traveling" book, or you could just laugh at the silly gestures that only you and your friends would pick up on after reading this.

There is so much truth in gesture, and there are some doozies in here. Some I have seen, some I have not, but they are all infinitely practicable with a little practice and such an excellent how to guide. Can't wait for volumes two and three. I have purchased 6 copies of this book because people keep stealing it from my office.

The book I received has a different cover than the one pictured. It’s not nearly as funny. But the content is still hilarious.

Should have looked at the size of this book. Purchased as a novelty coffee table type book for my sister who loves to give people the finger. Haha. But it ended up not being the size ior quality I was expecting for the price. This Is more like a hand sized paperback reference book.

Good gestures to know if you are a frequent traveler. Now you can choose if you want to purposefully offend someone or not. No more accidental offensive gestures.

This book is short and very pictographic (as intended). I found it a fun read and often share it around to colleagues and friends looking for a laugh. I tend to leave it in public areas at work or home to encourage new readership.I don't think you'll regret the purchase. I sure haven't.

Easy and funny book with lots of pictures.

I bought this for a friend who travels a lot and has a backwards sense of humor, it’s great and we’ve already gotten lots of laughs out of it!

Bought this for my secret Santa exchange at work and it was a hit! Everyone was passing it around and laughing for the rest of the day. If you’re expecting a serious book with a point this isn’t for you. If you just want a bit of fun while also learning a little about different cultures it’s perfect!The insults are also described very well - not too rude that you can’t give it to your male 60 year old colleague, but rude enough to cause riotous laughter!

Bought as a light hearted birthday present for a family member - was greatly received and enjoyed. Very funny book as long as you don't take it too seriously.

This was a total delight. Was going to give it my teenage godson but gave him something else instead as I couldn't bear to part with it (made the excuse to myself and everyone else that some of the gestures weren't really quite suitable). Shall have to stop practising to friends, though, before I discover I've none left.

It’s ok, there are some funny things in there, but on the whole a bit pointless.

I bought this as a tongue in cheek present but will now keep it and buy him something else.....its so funny
