Love the Blue Gold color, even though it is much darker that pictured on the model. Closest to the true color is if you look at the first picture and look at the dress without the model, the top left from the shoulder to the breast blue fabric, an area that is less illuminated, is darker.As for size the chart is spot. As there is a zipper on the side make sure you measure around the breast area well. The waist you can always adjust with the apron and laces.The fabric has a nice weight to it and the whole outfit is pretty. Since much thought to details, button, loops, apron and nice fabric was given to the dress, I really wish the blouse were of a slightly more detailed with a thicker and nicer fabric. I would definitively recommend this dress, well made, good quality for the price and gorgeous color.

I wanted to buy a traditional and authentic dirndl before arriving in Munich, so as not to waste time there to get one. I ordered this, and was very pleasantly surprised at the quality. The material was thick and the rivets for the ribbon nice quality. It felt like I fit in with the rest, although I felt silly at one point when the girl sitting next to me at a table had the same dirndl! The only observation is that the skirt has a shiny material, and most I saw did not. In any event, a great purchase.

Great purchase!!! The dirndl is more beautiful in person and is super flattering. I'm usually a size 4-6 and got a size S which fit well with some room in the bust area.The dress feels super soft/smooth/satiny and was surprisingly high quality! I purchased the blue and it's a darker and richer looking blue than in the photos - it's actually much prettier in my opinion than the photos. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for an authentic dirndl. Can't wait to wear this in Munich!

So happy with my purchase— the dress is lovely and beautifully made. The blue is different from the stock photo, but I actually prefer it! If you’re wondering about size, I’m about 128 Lbs with 25” waist and full 34B and got a size small. It is roomy but once laced up and with the apron it was perfect. I also swapped the blouse with another one I had. Get the dress!

So, I was actually stationed in Germany for a few years when I was in the military and I know what these things are supposed to look like. This is the real deal. I was so surprised when I opened this up and saw how absolutely stunning this costume was because the pictures don’t really do it justice. This is NOT some cheap costume from Spirit Halloween or Walmart. This is an absolutely stunning, incredibly well made, legit dirndl. I wish I would have owned this when I lived in Kaiserslautern and went to all the little local festivals (although, I don’t recall seeing anyone ever dress up in traditional German outfits like this, at least not in my area). This thing is so nice that I feel like the only place I can wear it is if I go back to Germany for Oktoberfest. From the absolutely amazing material they used, to the beautiful patterns they stitched into the outfit, this thing is amazing. And for the price point?!? This would easily be double or triple the price anywhere else. Honestly, this is an amazing deal and an amazing piece of clothing.
