Using them on a barbell = game changer.

Why didn't someone think of these earlier? I use them for bench presses and inclines. They allow for a slightly more natural hand position. For me, it makes bench presses more comfortable for my wrists and also my pec/delt tie in area. In addition, they preclude the need for weight lifting gloves while performing these movements. Made of very thick and heavy duty rubber-like material. Highly recommended!

You can’t beat a good old EZ curl bar…but these are not bad. I bought these to use on a cable attachment and they do the trick. I also use them on dumbbells from time to time as a way to change up the weight distribution in my hand and challenge my grip.

I use this every single day in the gym! It’s been great for my barbell/dumbbell bench press movements. Because of the design, my shoulder has thanked me. The wide grip design also helps me build my forearms during any push/pull movements. I’ve even started adding these into my barbell/dumbbell bicep curls which is also a plus. Now I can’t see myself not having these in my accessory arsenal. 5 stars!
