Has fixed my walking/foot/shoe problems!
Iโve always had over-supination walking problems. My shoes would wear down on the outside heel, and the more they wore down, the worse the supination problem was and the more uncomfortable walking would be. I bought a set of these to try out in my shoes for work and I canโt tell you how much of a difference theyโve made. My walking is more comfortable, I have the support where I need it on the outside heel, and my shoes arenโt wearing down as fast as they usually do. I like how they come with the three layers, so you can adjust them to be right for you. I used all three layers. The adhesive is very good, too, I was happy with that and I placed them underneath the insole and I havenโt had any problems with them moving around. Iโll be buying a pair of these for each pair of shoes I own. If youโve always wondered if orthopedics would help you, but are apprehensive to spend the money seeing a specialist, do like I did and try these out first. The price is so reasonable, you will be doing yourself a favor to see if this will be a solution for you. Pain relief is amazing and my walking is better. Theyโre durable and flexible. Performance is great, Arch support is a must, everything about these makes them a good purchase!

Really helped me!
It was about a month before my ankle surgery and I was having alot of pain due to plantar fasciitis and I could tell that I was walking crooked. I had pronation and it was really getting hard to even make it thru the workday, so I had to find a temporary fix until surgery. These gel inserts made a huge difference! I was able to get thru most of the day without discomfort and I love the fact that they are so easy to use. They hold their place in your shoe and provide excellent support. The inserts made it possible for being able to get thru my workday and not be in excruciating pain! Great product!!

Works well, once you get them right
I really like these. However figuring out the stacking process was frustrating. They fit perfect and create the correct heel support. The stickiness was debatable.

Helped eliminate hip and foot pain.
I asked my Podiatrist why I was getting calluses on the outside edge on the bottom of my feet. She informed me that I suffer from underpronation (also known as supination) meaning my foot doesnโt land flat but rolls to the outside. She suggested I buy some inserts for my shoes. I had no idea how much of an adjustment I would need. When I found these it was perfect because it comes in 3 different degrees of correction. When I put the first pair in my shoes, I had to experiment to see which was most comfortable for me. What a difference. I immediately placed a 2nd order. Since I need the highest correction, I took the other 2 pair that were thinner, stuck them together and used in another pair of shoes. One word of caution, do not take off the clear cover until you have tried them in your shoes and know which pair you need and the proper placement in your shoe. Once that has been determined, remove the clear cover exposing the sticky side. Place it once. If you do it more than once you lose the adhesive and they have a tendency to slide. I lift the sole covering on the inside of my shoe, place the heel wedge down then put the covering back down on top of the wedge. This helps keep the wedge from shifting. What a difference they have made.

Pieces don't stick together
This comes with one black heel support and two clear supports that are supposed to adjust by stacking the clear ones on top of the black one if the black one does not provide enough support. I tried sticking in the black one first and stuck in place. After a few days I decided to add one of the clean supports on top of the black one. The clear support would not stick firmly to the black support and every time i took off my shoes the clear support was out of place. The adjustable feature of this product dooes not work as advertised!

Helps to correct foot angle issues
I had just lost forty lbs. and my feet were getting thinner. Along with this seemingly great news came severe foot pain on the outside of my left foot. Iโve have known, for about ten years, that my feet lean outward. This occasionally makes me more likely to fall. It hadnโt been such a big deal until my left foot, without warning, become so painful that it was literally torture to try and walk (and yes, I do mean literally.) I didnโt want to add any pressure to my foot. In fact, I needed to lessen the pressure I put on my left foot. Out of desperation, I searched and found this product. They offered corrective foot orientation as well as pain relief. They came as six gel heel inserts. Two thick and four thinner, all with an adhesive side to prevent shifting. The three set heel inserts slanted to opposite sides. Since they only covered the heel, they were interchangeable. Determining which side your feet lean determines which set you put in which shoe, outward or inward. I started with just the thickest pair. While I could feel my feet shifted inward to a degree, I still experienced my severe pain. I attached the first addition to its corresponding side, better, not perfect. Thankfully they included the third layer. The gel was very comfortable, my feet were getting corrected without any additional pressure on my left mid foot. My pain was better, no longer torture. Bonus, they made me feel taller.

Too uncomfortable!!
Too uncomfortable!! They would be wonderful insoles (the fit is great, theyโre easy to use, and seem to correct my gait), but the top edge where the insole stops around the arch of the foot is far too thick. It creates a border in the sole of the shoe that is very painful to walk on, rendering them unusable. Iโm having to get a different pair of full-size insoles, not just heels.

Extra help for my supination.
I bought these because I needed some extra help with my right ankle. I already have orthopedic inserts for my shoes but they primarily go in my Converse high tops. They don't fit into my Sketchers relaxed fit. I saw that I was still over supinating on the right side (outside edge of the right heel was wear out more than the left side.) The folks who provided the inserts wouldn't add more to the inserts (they were the thickest they had.) These addition inserts I bought so I could add a little something to the right side. They come with 2 thicknesses. I added 1 thin one to the right orthopedic insert by turning a left one upside down and sticking it to the bottom of the orthopedic insert. I then took a thin one intended for the right shoe and stuck it to the inside of the right Sketchers. See photos. So far so good. I have worn them for a month and have noticed less pain in the right ankle. I have extra of these wedges if needed. The adhesive on them is just on one side on the wedges. It's just enough to keep them from slipping and not too much to leave residue when removed. Can't find any fault with them.

Cheap quality fit
Just a cheap peace of rubber. Not a good fit at all. Says works for mens shoes size 12 but it's too narrow and does not fit the shoe tightly. Very narrow in show and not shaped at all for the heal
