Headstone came earlier than expected, damage free packaging, the pricing is phenomenally great, and the quality of work is exceptional! An almost exact stone at my local places were $800 and $900 more!!!! Size is actually larger than expected!

Got this for my dad and set it on top of where his ashes are buried in the backyard of his home that is now occupied by my brother. Looks so beautiful and is a great value for the price. The laser work is impeccable. When my mom passes, I will order a matching one for her so she can be next to my dad in the home they lovingly designed and built for their retirement 30 years ago.

I ordered a headstone for my late mother. Having never ordered something like that online, I was a little skeptical of the customer serviceand quality of a company I didn't know. This company was so easy to work with .. I was (and am) amazed. They sent a proof and it looked nice, but I wanted to add another line with more info. They quickly replied that they were able to make that happen for a reasonable fee. I used PayPal to pay the extra fee and in no time at all they had the revised proof for me. It looked very nice so I approved the final proof. A couple of weeks later I got notice that the headstone had shipped. Surprise of all surprises it arrived 2 weeks ahead of the scheduled delivery date!! When we opened the package (very heavy) it was so well packed that even though the box had seen some roughness in shipment....it had arrived with NO damage. That was impressive but when I saw the workmanship and quality ... I almost cried ... it was PERFECT!!! Next time I need any stonework, I will not hesitate to go back to Upstate Stone!! High quality company!!

Our funeral home threw this away because it was unauthorized, but it was really nice for the price.

We needed specialized amazigh lettering for my dearly departed mother-in-laws headstone. This company did such an amazing job, it took a little extra time to get the stone because of the special lettering but we couldn't be more pleased with the final results. Even when we had to call the Headstone maker directly, they were absolutely wonderful. You cannot beat the price or the service. I highly recommend them.

Conformation from Lindsey with design to make sure it’s correct. Should of got the base plate tho.Overly happy and absolutely grateful for this small business.
