Ok for small prop
Decided to use this during halloween as a prop for my porch painted the wings and attached to a skeleton to make it spookier. I could see this being ok for kids for halloween or cosplay simple enough to put together.

Fun wings!
You’ll need 4 AA batteries to operate. The assembly takes a little while, especially to string the lights. The wings move at different speeds but it actually adds to the realism, not subtracts. The wings seem sturdy. The first setting has music but if you click the button again, the wings flap with no annoying music.Adjustable to fit both children and adults. Cool for Halloween, parties or Ren Faires.

Kinda awesome
These wings are pretty cool. You have to assemble them, but it’s simple and self explanatory. They light up and flap and make dragon noises. The only thing about them that could be better is what the wings themselves are made out of, i think it’s plastic but a very thin sheet of plastic. I was expecting them to be made out of something a little more substantial and sturdy. These are really cute, we used them for my son’s pterodactyl costume for Halloween. I would recommend these wings, they are pretty cool.

Printed only on one side
And these are ridiculously difficult to assemble.

Awesome Wings
I got these wings for my daughters gargoyle costume. I am going to paint them grey. These wings were surprisingly awesome. They move really well and my daughter says they are comfortable. I actually ordered a second one for a gargoyle statue I am making.

Very fun and good motion
I got these to possibly rig something up for a dragon costume from my teenager. It would be perfect for a smaller kid. Even still- it's a fun little thing to have and I do think it will work for our purposes with some switching. The wings clip in- and I wish they clipped in "opposite" but they clip in the same direction so if you want to take them apart, the little piece you have to push in to unclip them is difficult to undo on the one side. The wings also flip in and out but you have to be careful that you turn them the right way so that you don't break the hinge/joint.The pack itself is pretty light weight, even with batteries installed. I like the wing motions- they are fun, the don't exactly flap the way they do in the product video, but they do flap, and it's really fun. We didn't really like the sounds that it made, but I could see a little boy liking them. The elastic straps were a bit tight for my kid, and even on my younger kid they were a bit smaller than I would have liked, but they adjust and I think it would be pretty easy to go get longer webbing to put in the sliders and make them longer as needed.Overall I'm a little worried about the durability, and would give this 4.5 stars if I could.

So cute for the little dragon in my house
My daughter goes through phases where she's a unicorn, or a kitten, or whatever. Recently, she's been very into dragons and the question isn't whether she is pretending to be a dragon, but rather what kind of dragon and what her magical powers are. She is consistently reminding me of her wings and how they are also magical, so when I saw these battery powered wings that flap, I knew I had to try them. Just FYI, the box says Dinosaur wings and not Dragon wings, and this has actually led to some interesting conversations in our house. But the person these were intended for sees them as dragon wings no matter what her big brother says. And she loves them. Assembly was pretty easy, although it's a little unclear at first what to do with the string of LED lights. It requires batteries which were not included. When turned on, one setting turns on the lights and flaps the wings, and another setting does all that plus makes a dragon roaring noise (which honestly sounds like something a dinosaur probably sounded like). She never uses that setting, but loves the wings otherwise. It does make a mechanical noise when the wings are flapping, which alerts me to her coming towards my office. So I always know when a dragon is approaching!
