This works very well to clean my guns

I purchased two used handguns from a local shop and wanted to give them a cleaning and some lubrication before a range day. These were very helpful in getting all the grime off, money well spent for sure! I didn't think I'd use the cotton swabs, but it turns out, they do a better job on the slide than just the pads themselves. This will be a staple in my routine for sure.

Don't get me wrong, the kit is nice, has nice quantity of items, and they hold up to cleaning and whatnot, however, the patches seem to leave just the slightest residue of material if run across a rough surface, boring, or sharp corners. Make sure you wipe the area with a lint free cloth, or go back down the barrel with a faded brush. Wood for the Q-tips is good quality, have not had ANY break while cleaning.

This is a nice little inexpensive package.
