I took the advice that if you are slim to should order a size smaller. I am 5,m foot 11 and I weigh 78kg. I ordered the large and if fits brilliantly. I have not been running yet but it feels comfy and the thumb holes will help keep my hands warmer.

Thinner than expected. Good sizing though. Zip broke after two uses on all the products I purchased. Using as a lining item for leather bike jacket for comfort in summer. So the material thickness is ideal being as thin as it is. Dont buy if you're expecting it to have good heat insulation. Fot for purpose for what i required it for. Be better with no zip amd a polo design tbh

The product looks good. The material is light weight and stretchy but it is at least two sizes smaller than it should be. I ordered an XL size and it is barely a medium. So if you are looking to buy this make sure you order three sizes larger than you need.

The size was exactly as expected and it's very comfortable. It does keep me dry during exercise, especially when compared to a standard cotton t-shirt. I have exercised in this a number of times now and it has been washed several times.... the overall quality is pretty good and I am pleased with my purchase (the price is good when compared to other brands). One downside is the reflective strip along the edge of the zipper started coming away after the first wash and is almost completely gone; this is the reason for giving it 4 stars otherwise I would have given 5.
