Handy Tool
Best investment I have ever made in a product. I have never forgotten to take my medication since I bought this handy reminder tool. It is very easy to set up the times and easy to change them. It is small so it fits on my bedside table without taking up too much room. It is also a nice looking timer that has a clear lid to stop dust from getting all over the inside.

INPORTANT ITEM FOR MY TOTAL KNEE POST OP MEDS!
I had so many meds to keep track of and was out of it from pain and anesthesia and found it so difficult to remember to set timer for me meds… this little tool made it all easy it was a good friend late ar night to wake up take meds to stay on top of the pain and just for general reminder to move and keep leg flexing. I don’t need it now that I’m 6 weeks out and off all meds but I will keep it for any time I need serial reminders for anything. The price was great and everyone who saw it - my PT, my doctor my mom all admired its simplicity and ease of use! It had a button for every hour and once you get used to using sort of military time it’s so easy to use and turn off once you’re up and taking your meds! Highly recommend especially for post op reminders!

Easy to use. The alarm could be louder. People with hearing aids have a hard time. However the timer itself does what it says it does.

Very easy to set. Set it and forget it.
Hypothetically, this should have been a great alarm. I love the idea of how the alarms were set with the toggle switches. That was so easy. But after two days, this clock changes itself to 24-hour time and also changes the time. This morning at 4 am it was reading 18:00, so it was off by 16 hours!!! So basically, the alarms go off at the wrong times, and if someone is relying on this to take life-saving pills, it's USELESS!

Really Simple to Set Up and Has Worked Reliably
In an age when it is common for digital devices to have only a few buttons, each with confusing multiple functions, this alarm is laudably simple to use. The time of day is set with two buttons, one for hours and the other for minutes. The times that the alarms are to sound is set with 24 slider switches, one for each hour of the day. A large red button labeled "STOP" turns off a sounding alarm. If you don't turn it off, it a will sound again awhile later. What is not to like? It will only sound at the top of each hour, say at 10 or 11 am, but not 10:30. The PM hours are marked in shorthand of Naval time, so 3 pm is 15 (for 15:00). That source of confusion could be avoided in the next generation of this devise, by marking the top row of switches as "AM" and the bottom row as "PM", repeathing the times as 1-12 and printing one row in red and the other in black.
