This is the second product I have brought from Costway. I have been so pleasantly surprised by their top notch quality and extremely low prices. This office chair is outstandingly high quality for the price. Everything from the feel of the flaux leather to the sturdy build and the attention to detail makes this company stand head and shoulders above other more known brands. I will keep an eye out from this company as I can see a bright future for them in the European market.

For the price, this is very good as there are very few budget options for persons weighing more than 120kg. Personally, I'm closer to the upper weight limit of this chair than I'd like to be.PROS• Excellent price point• Brilliant seller, arrived next day and was well packaged• So easy to put together that I was able to do it by myself in less than an hour.• Instructions are clear, but crucially, the screws are labelled!! Yay!• It feels quite sturdy to sit on and is fairly comfortable. The seat is a little more generous in width than most standard armed swivel chairs.• This goes lower than my previous chair which means I can resume working from my dining table which is lower than a standard desk.• It looks nice and I envisage that it'll be easy to clean• Not as bulky as other chairsCONS• For a 'big and tall' person, the arm rests are entirely unusable, they are ridiculously low down and are fixed in position. This is a MAJOR oversight for a chair specifically labelled as Big and Tall.• Back support is fairly poor as the back rest is fixed in position and not adjustable. This is a great chair for activities where the sitting position is more relaxed, but for general typing it's not ideal.Overall, this should be regarded as an entry-level chair with limited features, but for anyone seeking a higher weight capacity chair, this is a great budget option.

Arrived quickly and in good condition. Easy to assemble. Excellent value for money. I have found the chair comfortable in the few weeks I have used it. I would buy another.

I really like this chair. It is very comfortable and came at a good price. Delivered in time. The only issue I had was trying to affix the swivel wheels. I contacted the customer service team who were very quick and helpful. It needed a bit of brute force to push the wheels into place which my grandson managed to do. I suggested they put an explanatory note on the instructions and they said they would contact the factory about it. Exceptional customer service from Grace. Would recommend.

Value for money wise, I probably can't fault it. However, having had more expensive chairs in the past, I can honestly say , you get what you pay for.Some of the holes on the seat cushions don't really line up. Also I found it was necessary to pre screw-in the bolts, as the inset nuts didn't seem true.For the price, I'm quite impressed with the chair, and would certainly buy again, but assembly will not be a 15 minute job.
