Fits LG Washer/Dryer Combo
Straightforward install if you know what you’re doing. The instructions that came with it were bizarre. Wish it came with replacement mounting screws. But it works great (so far) and my washer/dryer combo is back up and running!

Packaging is Terrible
I bought the first one, no choice had to use, seemed to work but already starting to make noise, so I thought be proactive and order another one, the box it came in was ripped and oil or grease was coming from the unit, the 3rd unit came even worse with plastic parts falling out of the bag. How hard is it to make a proper package for your product?

Got it quick, it fit, and it worked
Our LG washer quit yesterday (Labor Day!!), and it was around 6pm when I was able to confirm it was the water pump. My main requirement for the replacement was to get it overnight, and that it had at least a 4 star rating by more than 3 people ;-)This one fit the bill. It was delivered as promised around 8am this morning, and the washing machine was running by 9:30.A couple of notes -1) I took the time to clean out the drain hose last night, and I was glad I did. There was a lot of crap in there, and while it was not blocked, it was certainly restricted; and2) the o-ring that was included to seal the pump to the pump housing was too thick. I reused the o-ring from the old pump and it worked fine.Obviously I can't speak to longevity at this point, but if I get more than a year out of it, I'll consider it a win.

Plastic piece breaks
I replaced this part on my washer in November 2023. I had to replace it again in August 2024. The plastic piece that spins, breaks off.
