As I was reading, I felt validaded in so many ways. I thought it was just me having some of the feelings expressed in this book. Most definitely an empowering read.

This book has many good ideas for women to move up the ladder of educational leadership as well as corporate leadership.

Great book for someone in leadership. Guiding questions throughout the book help to facilitate your thinking. Reflective read for men in leadership to help ground their efforts in leadership.

I am still reading this book. It is as promised, inspiring and helpful. I encourage all women in leadership or aspiring to be in leadership roles to give it a read!
