Great customer service!! I don't often need to interact with a vendor on Amazon, but whenever I do, it has been pleasant. Shieid is a step above the others that I have dealt with in the past. Took a long time to receive it but ws well packaged. Nice looking case but overall a hard plastic with a bit of padding inside. Fit well. Stand is hard to open but is sturdy. When fold is open you cantbuse stand as a finger grip as you hit the hinge edge. Comes with capacitive pen which is nice plus.

If you get a new phone casemfor your Fold 5 and get an after factory protection film and get a new case. The film and case front screen film will overlap. What I mean is that the screen protector in the case comes exactly to thickness needed for your phone, but if you have a film already in your phone and add use the case protection your screen will show up some dark spots like "air" dots. It is caused because the thickness caused by both films protectors. So if you installed previously a screen protector, you need to remove it.I installed.a protector in my camera and this case was one of a two I bought capable to accomodste the camera with the extra protection. Material.it is not bad.

This is my second case for my Fold and I think it's not as good as my previous one, to be honest. One reason is that for some reason, the volume buttons aren't protected and the way it's manufactured, it makes access to controlling the volume kind of hard. Secondly, I'm not sure if I like the way they have the stylus holder on the spine of the case. It's not the placement of it that bothers me, it's the way it's inserted, with the burrow being on the top and not the bottom to prevent it from falling out. Another issue I've had with it and I hope it doesn't become a bigger issue in the future is that the left-half of the case slid out when I opened my fold. I'm going to assume that it was an unfortunate fluke and hope it's not design error. Lastly, an annoying problem for me was that the stand was not evenly balanced for the case; when you stick out the stand and set your phone, it has a tendency to lean to the right. It's like the manufactures forgot to test out its balance before shipping it, which is jut sad and it makes for an annoying time when trying to watch a video on your fold.Apart from that, it looks like it does its job and it's okay.

This is a great phone case. I have dropped the phone 3 times already, and the case does not have a scratch on it. The shipping took a couple weeks, but it was worth the wait. I purchased another Fold 5 case before I purchased this one. It would not have protected the phone from just one of the drops I had. I purchased the orange/black case. The color is exactly what I wanted and the case is extremely strong and durable. The case also has a flip open compartment on the left side this will store the S-Pen type stick that comes with this case. It's really nice because it doesn't need to be charged and it won't stop working like my previous S-Pen did.

This phone case is absolutely amazing!I ordered it on the 22nd and received it on the 26th, the shipping was incredibly fast. I couldn't wait to open the package and see my new phone case as soon as I got home. I also purchased the matching S Pen from SHIEID, and it fits perfectly in the pen slot of the phone case. Now I can use the stylus pen anytime, anywhere, which is incredibly convenient. The black, mech-inspired design of the phone case is just so cool!!!!

I've had this for about a month. It was knocked off a table onto linoleum from about 3ft. Not thrown or anything. The hinges are barely holding on now. For the price I figured it would be more rugged, unfortunately it wasn't. It'll most likely protect it from 2 or 3 SMALL drops or slips.

This case fits my phone and is stylish, durable and protects my investment. I tried 10 other cases and didn't fit right. This has hinge protection and 360 degrees of cushion. Why? Because I am a clutz.

The colours are different in person and the case has a very strong plastic smell which will hopefully go away, but still a cute case
