Bluetooth doesn't work
The scooter itself looks great, but it can't be bound to app, apparently this unit's Bluetooth has a problem, cause I tried on both iPhone and android phone, followed all the troubleshooting steps, nothing worked. The client support doesn't help at all either, I sent an email explained the problem in details and what I have tried, and asked if they can provide a way to reset to factory setting, so probably the Bluetooth might work. The client support gave me a YouTube link which just an installation video..Returned

Easy to Assemble - May have Issues
I'm new to the e-scooter scene. I purchased this as a starter to familiarize myself with e-scooters and for eco-friendly transportation to and from work. I unboxed my Yadea KS5 on 11/11/21, so it has been in my possession for 4 days. So far, I am happy with my scooter.12/23/21 Update. I am still very happy with my purchase but had some other experiences that made me raise an eyebrow. When walking my scooter down a steep slope, it had accelerated on its own. I had tried to debunk if maybe the switch was triggered somehow, but to this day I refuse to leave my scooter on while walking down this slope.Pros: Sturdy. Powerful acceleration. Easy to assemble. Good front and rear brakes. Solid tires, no need to worry about flat tires. Easy controls. Easy app registration (for me anyway).Cons: Not so easy for me to carry. Confused with how to set cruise control. Battery life drains fast in the S speed mode. Shocks are not the greatest, you will feel every bump you encounter. Technical issue, be sure to turn your scooter off when walking it down a steep slope - mine had accelerated on its own.Tips: Be easy on the acceleration until you are used to it - when you accelerate, lean your weight toward the front of the scooter. When you brake, lean your weight to the back. Watch youtube videos/tutorials to learn the dos and don'ts for safe riding.

use the warranty if needed but overall great scooter!
Overall this scooter is absolutely perfect for a short commute somewhere close. I use it for traveling on my college campus since my classes are very far from my dorm. I had bought my scooter in June of 2021. Around November, the scooter began not holding a charge. I waited till the school season was over to fix the problem. I had looked into their warranty and noticed they give a free year warranty when purchased. I contacted the customer support and they responded within a day or so. Dye from the customer support was a big help. They asked me all the right questions and offered many solutions. When the solutions provided didn’t work, I was sent a replacement scooter. I highly recommend this scooter for anyone looking for a way around their local college campus with ease. If something goes wrong with the scooter within a year of owning, just contact customer support and they’ll help you out with no trouble at all! If you get Dye as your customer service representative, you’ll be happy to know you’re in good hands!

So far, so good.
I like my scooterva lot. However, riding on brick roads can be choppy. If you want the smoothest possible ride you will need better tires. That being said, this is an excellent entry-level ride.

Very reliable scooter
It came in about 4 days. Unboxing it was very simple. I only had to put the top part of the handle bard on. It's speed is great. It does around 22mph and I'm about 200lbs. The build is good. The only complaint I have is where you fold the scooter up seems to be a little of a weak spot. It does get me up hills but if they are steep I have to get off. As far as the battery life it doesn't go the 37 miles they say it will go but it definitely last longer than most other scooters in this class.
