The directions were easy to follow.

The tubes will not fit into the plug as they are too small. The size of the tubes is… For an example… The size of a dime and on the wooden block those receptacles are about the size of a nickel.I want to work with the people that made this so they can correct the error. It looks very high-quality and all the tubes and everything are intact. It just won’t fit.

I had no idea who I was texting, but whomever it was, his/her professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to satisfy me, the customer, was very impressive and second to none. His/her eagerness to provide complete customer satisfaction continued to blow me away! Aside from it looking very nice and having a bunch of awesome features, the support from the original company was outstanding! I wanted to add my own custom alarm sounds (something you can't do by default) and emailed the company asking if I could have an unlocked firmware. They actually responded with the pictures of the PCB files and how to "hack" the onboard storage to change the alarm sounds, which was WAY more support than I was hoping to get.
