Q: Do the toothbrushes contain BPA?

I looked all over the package; and, it doesn't mention BPA at all. Colgate has a # you can call, 1-800-468-6502, and a website, www.colgate, com, listed on the package. I don't have the medium---I have the soft.

Q: how do you change the battery ?

Hi! This set of toothbrushes do not need batteries. If you want a powered 360 brush we would like to recommend Colgate 360 Advance w/ floss tips. Sonic power and the floss tips provide a deep clean along the gum line to help keep the gum health and your mouth clean. We hope this has helps. Thank you for your question.

Yes, the handles are bigger than normal toothbrushes.
