Nice little watch only problem these have is battery life

I bought this smartwatch on February 2018 and 11 months later the screen does not work, I contacted the buyer But he has not contact me. Can I have a refund?

Looks hardly like as advertised since the screen backlight shows and the screen looks more like a square

I can use facebook or what's app.

Initially I thought this was a good watch, it looks good and comfortable to ware but after just a short time of having the watch the battery has decided it won't last for more than 7 hours whereas it lasted at least a day and a half when first purchased and the cover for the SIM card on the back of the watch keeps coming of when I'm waring the watch, I'm lucky not to have lost it on several occasions, I've left the seller some feed back and inquired about a refund as I feel the watch has developed a fault regarding the battery but have had no reply, £54 waisted in my view.

Fabulous product identical to an Apple Watch and does more or less the exact same thing I can read txts no who’s calling including Facebook twitter etc. Definitely worth the money considering Apple watches are £250+

Don’t buy it the back came off within a week and won’t stay on. I constantly have to re establish a connection with my phone. Waste of money pay a bit more from a reputable seller

Despite being advertised as for Apple IOS; it doesn’t really work properly with an iPhone. The back also keeps falling off every time it’s worn.
