Not the hottest sauce out there, but the tart flavor of the blueberry mixed with the bite from the vinegar and the heat from the ghost pepper.... I haven't found a single thing it does not go good on. The only reason I did not go five stars is the recipe changed and the heat level seemed to have gone down a notch when they changed from white vinegar to rice vinegar. They may have changed something else, but the rest of the ingredients were there and in the same order, so who knows. It is my go to and one of my favorites.
