Very good thick knife in its price range!!
Great addition to any collection!! Nice feel in the handle and sharp edges. The holster is of good leather and is easily attached to a belt. The weight is normal for this size of knife and very well balanced. Good design and very good quality in its price range.

Buying another.
I've owned a the room brown edition of this knife from TOPS. And imma tell ya, this rivals that. Came razor sharp and easy to go, the leather sheath is not the greatest on the world, but it holds and gives you the option to carry scout style or on your hip, would have like a kydex sheath, but you can find one aftermarket. For the price, the quality is amazing. I'm going to buy another and gift it to my brother, and yes we both watched "The Hunted" lol

UPDATE Seller listed 100% satisfaction guarantee, now they are ghosting me
UPDATE AFTER USING EACH KNIFE FOR 4 HOURS OVER A PERIOD OF 3 MONTHS: One knife developed a crack in the blade and the other knife had its handle loosen up. Warivo refunded the cost of the knife with a crack in the blade and I just contacted them today about the knife with the loose handle. I hope they will refund or replace the second knife. UPDATE #2 Warivo has not responded to my replacement request for 3 weeks now. AVOID!! My main use for this is to cut saplings. My long, thin, floppy machete bounces off of saplings unless you hit them in the perfect spot along the blade, and the saplings move when you touch them with a chain saw. This thing does a great job and lops off most 1"-2" saplings with a single chop. After a lot of hard chopping the tang was still tight and the blade was still sharp. I cleaned the blade and stropped it and it shaved a 6 inch wide strip off of my belly. It is not marked D2 but it is obviously better than 420HC or 3CR13 at holding an edge and not rolling or chipping. I bought this as a gift and ordered a cheaper beater bowie for myself. When this came in and I saw how good the steel and fit and finish was (plus the satisfaction guarantee if the handle loosens up from hard chopping), I cancelled my bowie order and ordered another one of these knives. Both knives have very nice fit and finish and have chopped about 75 saplings each. Dad got the tip of his into the dirt on a few chops and finally managed to nick the tip, but mine is still shaving sharp with no nicks or rolls under a magnifying glass after hitting wood only. Definitely good steel. The other reason I wanted a ridiculously long bowie was for the large clip point to grab and use as a draw knife. This knife is definitely a passable draw knife, especially for green wood. I may consider drilling a small hole in the clip point to tie a loop of string to secure my hand along the clip point so it doesn't slip. Overall for your average guy who is going to use it and not display it, this is a 1/5 and maybe a 2/5 because so much steel had to be removed to get it sharp AND BECAUSE THE SELLER DOES NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY. The knife is so nice, 5 star, 10 out of 10, then some complete dummy got ahold of it for the final sharpening. It would take 10 hours on a small pocket sized whetstone to make the blade sharp at 30 degrees. Both of mine came with a large, coarse micro bevel at about 70 degrees (!). The 70 degree coarse edge did not even meet up at the very edge of the blade. In fact, the 90 degree spine was sharper than the blade was.

Pretty good
I had read reviews, watched videos, and figured I'd give it a shot. I have to say I am impressed. The reviews had mentioned some issues with the quarter round not being sharpened, but mine was. It is razor sharp, as is the rest of the blade. The draw knife section was a little crudely ground, but still very sharp. The thickness and size is perfect. The handle is good and of decent micarta. The sheath..... yeah... its for left hand carry and pretty thin to carry a knife of this size and weight. I turned it upside down with the sharp side up like a seax, and it is functional. I do not expect it to last all that long. But for now, it works. All in all, this is a very good deal. You get a lot of knife and potential for the money. I love the weight. I have the Tom Brown Tracker, and it is a beast, but super heavy and too thick to be very practical. This knife should perform in all tasks meant for a tracker. I may have to get another.

I like it so far
I purchased this knife for a couple of reasons. I remember watching “The Hunted” as a teenager and thought that knife was awesome. recently i rewatched the movie and decided i was going to make one. i have access to most of the things needed at my job, but then decided to do a google search and saw i could just buy one. i also want to get into bush crafting and survivalist activities so this is a perfect type of tool for that. out of the box the blade feels sharp to the touch. i even performed the shaving test and it shaved my arm hairs effortlessly. the ridges on the back all feel and look even to me and i’m sure will notch wood with no issue. i wrapped my handle with hockey tape, not because the handle is horrible, but because i like the added thickness and grip. i do not have another knife to compare this to like a Tom Brown tracker. so for now this is pretty much all i know. BUT, it makes more sense to me to start here with this version before spending $200-$500 on the top of the line. will come back and update as i get to put to use.

Bad quality control
First knife was a real stinker. The tip was burnt off, and the curve was burned too. To be sharp it needed a full re grind and the sheath was misaligned. I returned it and got a second knife with a good grind and better sheath. I’m happy with the quality control on the second knife. Steel is good

Good Value - Was fine
Despite some of the negative reviews, my tracker knife came in near perfect condition including the sheath and buttons. The only defect was some minor burring or slight rust on the top of the spine, but nothing a little polishing cant fix. more importantly, the handle was perfect with no haps and no cracks. The blade is sharp, the saw teeth are not sharpened. I have yet to try this out next time I’m out camping but will have fun giving this a go. This tracker is smaller and lighter than the Tops and Dave Beck versions, so you get what you pay for. If they made a larger version, i might be interested if my testing goes well with this small version.
