I have a German Shepherd who shed all the time. This product worked great on her. It was easy to assemble and use. The vacuum is quite enough not scare her. All around great deal.

the terrible user manual. It doesn't truly include information about every part of the product. For example there are two black and white sponges or circular disks that are made of material and they sit between the plastic canister and the filter. As I was removing the hair from the canister the two sponges fell out and I didn't know if the white one should be touching the filter or if the black one should be touching the filter while the other one touches the plastic canister. I look through the entire user manual and there was no instructions about it other than just putting it against the filter with no information as to which side. I went to look at all the videos that were posted and there's no reference to it. Had not been for the terrible user manual I would have given this five stars as it works great. It is noisy despite what other people say. Even at level 1 the noise terrified my puppy but it does a really good job! Definitely a great purchase. Haven't used enough to determine if this will continue to perform well over time but the one time I used it, it was great. And considering this cost me roughly $70 which is how much I would have spent at the groomers for a haircut for my dog it paid for itself.

Have uses to shave multiple dogs also to vacuum their beds. Highly recommended it works amazing.

I have a super fuzzy big dog who doesn’t really like to be brushed and is not a huge fan of the vacuum. I bought this product knowing it may take him some time to get adjusted to it…but the fur all over my house was getting out of hand. I plugged it in and with high hopes started brushing. And guess what!? He wasn’t afraid of it! He actually loved it he kept pawing at me for more. The brushed were gently. The vacuum is very nice and quiet. We got so much fur off of him and it was an enjoyable experience for everyone involved! So easy to use! Love the look of it and the ease of use! By far the most satisfying product I have in my house at the moment!

The media could not be loaded.  I was really expecting this to be a gimmick. But it's the best purchase I've made in a while. It's not too loud. The clippers are sharp. Only the smallest guard had trouble cutting through my doodles hair. The other guards performed just fine. The best part is that it doesn't let a single strand of hair escape into the air. The different extensions are useful especially for vacuuming the couch and pillows. However, I had to turn the power level to 3 to get all the hair off the couch. (The hair was on the couch before grooming my dog)

This vacuum is pretty amazing. Although it is a bit awkward to store, it has such high suction, that you won’t care. I have a golden doodle who has extremely thick hair, and when trimming him his hair tends to fly everywhere due to the lightweight nature. I’m able to suction his hair using his vacuum extremely easily, and in one shot. All of the tools are an added bonus. And you can actually use this vacuum for non-pet purposes as well. Directions came with it, and it was very simple to put together, with a lot of detailed information on each of the pieces included.

I have a shih tzu maltese that needs regular haircuts. I shave him with a pet clipper every 2 months or so, but every 6 months I end up waiting too long and having to get him fully groomed because his hair is just way too much. My clipper cant handle how long his hair is and gets stuck every inch etc. This thing blew me away. He was very long recently and I decided to buy this instead of paying 75$ to get him groomed. It usually takes 3.5 hrs at the groomer and 2.5 if i do it myself. It took me an hour today, I hardly had to use scissors because it did his legs very well. He was slightly spooked because of the volume but I think he did better than he normally does, and he got used to it very quickly. I dont think a vaccuum/clipper combo could be quieter than this is. I havent tried it on my cats, I dont think theyll go for it. The only thing I think could be improved is that the attachments are pretty big. Im sure theyre perfect for big dogs, but for my small dog and cat theyre a little oversized. I really couldnt be happier with how fast I groomed him today though, im extremely impressed. No more groomer.
