a yummy cowboy with a bonus of twin boys
I loved it. This is a standalone read with a HEA. This is a great story. I thoroughly enjoyed it and definitely recommend it. No sex scenes so any age would be appropriate. It is just a fun, light hearted love story with a school teacher and a single father with twins. The twins actually steal the story. They are so full of themselves that it is funny and entertaining. I loved the thought of the "dead mice". I still laugh every time I think about it. What fun!!Ella has returned to her father's ranch to help him with his disease. It is hard on a rancher to have to depend on others for everything. So Ella has terminated her engagement, which she discovered didn't break her heart in the least, and returned to Idaho to the ranch and father that she loves. However, her dad is having a really hard time and takes it out on everyone in his space. Ella is determined to show him that she is a very capable young woman of 27 and not the fragile little girl that was hurt so badly years ago. He can't let go of that accident, feeling he was responsible, and he doesn't want anything to happen again. She too carries scars and fears but she is determined to overcome them and to live her life free of fear. Now the good part. The neighbor is a big, strong, handsome, delicious cowboy. he is a widower with twin boys 7 years old. They are full of fun and mischief and a bit of a terror when they get together to pursue the latest prank. they are in her music class so she has them for several hours a day. They are not bad boys, they just keep everyone on their toes. Of course, she falls for them. they adore her and music so it is a match made in heaven. They make a bargain with her to get her to their ranch. Then they decide to do a little match making. The big cowboy is a little bit shy of trying to start a relationship with a "city" girl but his heart won't allow him to go another way. This is a delightful romance with a lot of fun, a little sadness, and just plain joy. I thoroughly enjoyed it and hated for it to end. I would have liked to see the boys get ready for college! they are a fun family to be a part of. Great read.I was not paid for this review. I am not a writer nor do I know one. I am not kin to this author. I am a reader and this is my opinion, nothing more, nothing less. 12/12/17

Love the books by RaeAnne Thayer. Love the way she includes all her characters in each book yet makes them each a stand alone book. Looking forward to reading more of her books

Sweet, sentimental with all the right ingredients
I enjoyed this story of a rancher whose, now deceased, wife hadn’t fit on his ranch. She enjoyed city life, shopping, good restaurants, good music and plays. When she left him with twin babies, he was certain he would never get interested in another city girl. She seemed like a duplicate of his ex-wife. Her mother had left her father and taken her to live in the city. As a child, she had been badly injured when she fell off a horse. When she left the city to care for her father, on his ranch, she dreamed of running that ranch someday. While her father and her neighbor believed she was too city, too frail and too sophisticated to enjoy their country life. Add in his rambunctious twin sons, and nobody thinks a match between this feasible. The characters in this story are relatable, pleasant, fun funny people. They would all make good friends and neighbors. Yet, it isn’t until the very end of the book that a relationship seems possible. Well written, good locations, typical story I have come to expect from RaeAne Thayne.

Super Cute little cowboys!
This is such a good story. Overcoming all different levels of fear. A very serious injury years ago and how it still causes problems physically and mentally. I really enjoy RaeAnne Thayne,s Christmas stories. Wholesome, emotional and the little twin boys in this story are adorable and made me laugh.

Are there any more?
I hate that this series ended. I enjoyed every book. Each book pulls you in and then you read in anticipation for the next one. Love this author.

The Ranchers Christmas Song
I love Christmas stories. RaeAnne Thayne is charming as ever in this story. The descriptions of the ranch are amazing makes you feel like you were riding the horse right along with her. A very romantic love story. I missed my dad while reading this story as he passed away this year. Will be the first Christmas without my dad. All in all I felt like I was living the story along with the characters. I felt very much in the Christmas spirit.

Another wonderful love story.
It is always hard to put down any of RaeAnne Thayne's love stories, including this one about a man with his hands full with twin sons he is raising on his own and is fortunate to meet a music teacher at their school who is willing to work with them so hard they all come to live her.
