Order 2 bags of pretzels early September. Both bags arrived with a best before date of March 24, 2024 both bags are stale and with no return policy. Very disappointing!

Order when it's very cold outside!!
Well... it's in the 70's now and these were in one big melted mess so I was able to separate them onto cookie sheets with parchment paper and they were fine. I'll order these again when it's below 35 degrees consistently and hopefully they won't melt in the warehouse. They are pretty good though

I love these pretzels but unfortunately they were all melted together. They sat outside for all of a few minutes so I know it was not on my error. Unfortunately I can’t return them but they are a mess and honestly they can’t even be eaten.
