Did not help me and you have to put cotton balls in your ears to keep it from running out.

Don't buy
If I could give this no stars I would. Did not help with my tinnitus at all. In fact, it gave me diarrhea and gas. This is a gimmick and sucks. Do not buy.

Did not do anything.
You put 2 droppers full under your tongue. It's not bad to swallow. But it did nothing. Not returnable so it was a waste.

Bought this for my husband and he has been using it religiously and nothing has changed. He still has ringing in his ears!
