We bought a few of these for emergency use in our office building, and they've proven invaluable during renovation works when power was out. We'd clip them onto clothing and use them when working in darkened offices.Three light modes, accessed by clicking the rubber button on top. Click once for full-brightness, again for half-brightness and again for flashing red. One more click turns it off (so you have to click three times to turn off from full-bright mode).The light is extremely bright - almost too bright at times, so we found the lower-power setting worked best to avoid dazzling people (and extends battery life). Build quality is excellent - really solid feel in the hand like its been turned from a single lump of metal. The magnet in the base is strong, more than enough to latch it securely onto a metal surface as a work light.I bought one for personal use the first day after I tried one at work - It's a great emergency torch for home or car.

I use this every day, great little flood light for inspection purposes. Its well made though I have no use for the red flash setting, overall well worth the money.

Basically turns night to day, but my god don't look at it or you'll be seeing a strip of light in your vision for hours.Did have a weird one where when I came to use it the light was much dimmer, but replaced the batteries and all was fine, so can't comment on the long term battery life, hopefully was a blip.

Brilliant little torches. Worth every penny.
