Not stable
Bought this to have help to get off the couch and it is not stable. It doesn’t stay tight and is very wobbly my daughter still has to help me get up. To spend the money and not be able to return it really stinks. Don’t waste your money very disappointed

Flimsy
This product is easy to put together but very very flimsy. I would not recommended it if users weight is more than 100 pounds. My mother tried it for about a week and it is now sitting in the sewing room in the corner.

This Is A Real game Changer!
One of the things that sometimes gets harder as we get older, is easily, safely, and comfortably getting up from a seated position. this ingenious device makes that job just a little bit easier! It is very sturdy and easy to use. I highly recommend this wonderful chair lift device!

Works best on a firm seat cushion
The MyBow chair/couch rail support arrived safe and sound and well packaged. Directions were literally right on top when we opened the box so no problem there. Quick and easy to put together by sliding the pieces in and locking into place. There is a learning curve to using the rails, we found putting hands more towards the front than the middle of the handles, and because the center legs are sitting on the cushion, it works best on a nice firm couch or chair. You have to be careful the long back railing doesn't slip down behind the seat cushion, or is is lower than the front - then it works best if they put their hands on the front/top curve of the railing to pull themselves up and out. It's more helpful than not, but it really depends on the firmness and design of the couch or chair you are using it on.

Left assist
Not a good item to help you stand up. It’s very wiggly with no way to tighten it. Don’t waste your money.

To long
Wish I could make the part that goes from the back of the chair to the floor shorter. It sticks out to far to push my chair under the table
