Holy Bible: Inspire Praise Bible Nlt, Filament-enabled Edition Leatherlike, Purple - the Bible for Coloring & Creative Journaling

I love the inspire series. This is beautiful quality. It looks amazing. I couldn’t think of which Inspire I wanted (I was torn between prayer and praise), and I chose this one because I liked the colour.😬😬 It’s gorgeous, creative (you can paint/colour within it), and it’s a perfect study Bible to have. If you’re looking to improve your relationship with God this year, this is an interesting and cheerful add to your plan.

Brilliant study bible for individuals who love a bit of colouring in. Get stuck in. A friend of mine has this but is too scared to write in it but I say get those creative juices flowing and have some creative fun bible mapping. The bible has size 12 point print so is quite big. Because the bible is for colouring etc the whole pages are slightly thicker. You’ll also see a number of pages you can trace on with your favourite verse or a word God has given you. This bible is beautiful. There is a cover you can buy for it but it doesn’t fit so I wouldn’t recommend buying it. My friend had one and after several uses the zip broke because the cover was not big enough. Overall, I have a number of bible and I do like the fact that this is an New Living Translation (NLT). It’s easier to understand than some other translations. I believe this would be a perfect gift for a Christian friend that’s into creative things. This would be an ideal present.

Absolutely beautiful bible...I'll keep that forever. What an inspiring bible and such beautiful way of creating. I'm honestly blown away. It's perfect. Cover is hard and very good quality....think pencils would be best used as the pages are thin but thicker than a normal bible. The writing is perfect size and NLT is far easier to understand.

I love this bible. Smaller version but readable and fun. Lovely illustrations and space to write. Five members of our Bible study group now own one. Lovely to have a different version of the bible. Understandable.

A stunning bible, even the edge of the pages are decorated! Purchased the previous one for a friend undergoing chemotherapy which has led her to be known as the “woman with the bible” on the ward. It has helped her and other women undergoing treatment have also purchased the original. We found this on line and she fell in love with all the added bonus features and yes this one now goes with her for treatment and continues to be a talking point on the ward. It has made such a difference for her and enabled her to be at peace at a difficult time. So easy to read and room for thoughts and ideas alongside the printed verses. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Bible. Bought as a gift for my teenage daughter who’s autistic and loves to colour during church sermons. Cannot recommend enough, worth every penny spent.

I bought it long time ago for myself. But never used it. It is beautifully published, printed on good quality paper. Two weeks ago given as Easter present for Teenager. It was really great idea.

Beautiful colours, patterns and decorative vellum pages to add to the design. Personally I find it hard to motivate myself to read God’s word if it is very plainly laid out and hard to read, but this book is perfect. The colouring in allows me to really want to read it and soak in God’s word as I can meditate on it and remember the quotes to live by as Inspire picks out the most uplifting ones. The pocket is extremely helpful at the back and stickers are a really lovely touch, I’ll have to decide what to use them on. I would never consider getting a different bible after this, it was a lot of money but definitely worth it!

I wanted a new bible and this one is great.

A bíblia é lindíssima, exatamente como nas imagens. Possui a capa dura e diversos inserts, páginas de papel vegetal com excelente impressão. O papel das páginas é um pouco mais grossinho(gramatura maior que o normal), mas ainda é bem acetinado. Testei vários materiais e apenas as canetas permanentes vazaram, caneta esferográfica, ponta fina, marca texto e giz não passaram para a outra página. Uma dica que deixo é olhar em qual vendedor tem o melhor preço, não ir no primeiro que aparece pois pode ser mais barato mas em geral cobra frete alto. Chegou em 15 dias, menos da metade do tempo previsto.

I love the NLT translation. The pages are thicker than in other Bibles. I love it !

This is the most beautiful bible I have ever seen!!! When I saw the closed page edges had colorful purple butterflies printed on them I was sunk, and the cover is purple--my favorite color! The NLT Inspire Bible and the NLT Praise bible are the same translation but the first bible, the Inspire one, is teal colored and sometimes comes with leaves outlined in teal (and green, I think) printed on the closed page edges. I thought it was very nice but I grew up with the earlier version of the Living Testament bible and never felt I needed to have a copy of the updated New Living Testament (which is considered an actual translation rather than a paraphrase as the older version was). Then I saw this purple one and you know what happened next... I am a recent fan of Bible Journaling, where artwork, journal cards, and all kinds of ephemera is added to a bible to increase the fun of bible study. Sometimes journaling can make the scripture difficult to see so I don't use my good bible-study bible for this, but there are so many bibles designed to help those like me who are art challenged, and this is one of the best. The margins have printed scripture centered artwork that can be colored with colored pencil or other media. It really helps me to memorize verses when I spend this much time with them. There are also absolutely beautiful colored vellum artwork pages inserted throughout the bible too. These have large open areas so the reader can add their own artwork, write their thoughts, or copy scripture to make it personal. The printed artwork is different in the NLT Praise Bible from that in the Inspire NLT Bible so they are not copies except for the actual text of scripture. I showed this bible to my middle school grand daughter who is really into art and she wants one for Christmas. I would recommend this bible for anyone who loves God's word, art, coloring with colored pencils, interested in Bible Journaling, may be a little art challenged, or has problems with coming up with ideas for Bible Journaling. It would make a great gift to someone new to the Bible since the artwork looks great in black and white as well, and the translation is one of the easiest to understand for new Christians.
