What are the dimensions of the playard and bassinet? Not the package.

It was a gift for someone else also i cant measure it but the dimensions are the same as any pack and play. The bassinets snap on and also fit a regular pack and play plus stand alone. Be aware there are no mattresses that fit so you need something to protect the bassinets as they can't be cleaned Other than that it's a very nice product.

Can I put a sheet on bassinet

No. I just lay a terry cloth changing pad cover down so that I can easily clean it.
