I like the principle of this hook and, in fairness, I'm sure it's fine for what it's intended for use with pushchairs. However, I wanted to use it with my wheelchair to attach my dog's lead to it after it was recommended by other canine organisations. In this capacity I would only give it 3 stars as the metal is too soft and my dog only needs to pull which he does occasionally (most of the time he walks very nicely on the lead) and he can cause the hook to almost flatten out, thus rendering it useless. As I say, I am sure it is fine when used as intended but, even so, I would be careful about the weight I put on the hook. As for me and my dog, it's back to the drawing board as I have only had him for 6 months and gone through 3 of these hooks.

it's good but for the amount of money spent I would expect the hook not be stronger. it stretched fairly easily under the weight of shopping.

Product not long enough for wheelchair userOtherwise the hooks seem quite strong and durable

Not suitable for wheelchair use as not long enough wrap around to cover the brushed side of the Velcro therefore the arm of the wheelchair user can get sore from use. Fine for prams etc but not suitable for all purposes sold for.
