love this book! the author also has her own website and she responds quickly to emails! I love this book - bought it before I began my graduate accounting program and I just love it! Such a great primer for accounting!

Great book I have had a business for a couple of years and usually hand off the paperwork side of things to an accounting company but it was very helpful to get a sense of how it all works. Loved the back stories and history as well.

Very good book to understand basics. Won't make you a cpa but It will give you pre step knowledge if you want to continue your own taxes or have a help from a cpa. Tips tips tips not answers.

A good explanation of basic concepts, but does not explain how to actually do things.This title needs a more advanced follow up book or series of books that puts the concepts into actual application. So that one could actually create actual financial statements.Overall a great place to start.
