This set of interchangeable circular needles are well-made. The needles are coated in soft rose color that do not fade after repeated use. The needle points are adequately sharp. What I'm impressed is the connector hardware mate with the needles smoothly and easily. With a twist of the small pin-wrench, the cables are attached to the needles very securely. The connection tapers smoothly such that never once is the yarn caught.The "cable" is made of some type of tough plastic filament. It is better, in my opinion, than the steel cable type. It seem pretty strong, so far, but I'd prefer something more flexible.

As a beginner, it would be nice to know what all of the pieces were meant to do. I do feel that there should be some smaller size cables available.

So far the needles I have used have been amazing. The yarn slides effortlessly and the attachments do not catch on my yarn. The needles are pretty and light weight and do exactly as they are supposed to do. I love them

The cable broke with my first project. I knitted a second project, and again the cable broke in the middle of my work. GRRRR ! It's a nice looking knitting set, but it's not worth the money. I will not buy again.

So Ive been using these needles since last year and I’d give them a 7/10 overall. Some issues that I have with them are some of the needles wont go on the cord. I have to keep a pair of mini pliers in my bag to help twist the needles onto the cords. Another issue, as I knit, the needle starts untwisting trying to disconnect from the cord, on occasion all of stitches have slipped sadly, but now I know and I just keep an eye out for it. Other than these issues I enjoy these needles, will I be getting a new pair of better ones, DEFINITELY, but these are still nice.

Very portable. High quality needles. Needles may come unscrewed from the body. Must be vigilant and screw them back in. Very relaxing to knit with.

I was given these as a gift and was anxious to use them as I do have lots of projects that call for various circular needles and I'm constantly buying separate ones for different projects. I tried several different needle sizes and all would not screw in flush to the cable which resulted in the yarn "catching" on the intersection of the cable and the needle. Then the needle on the knitting side would come unscrewed which resulted in numerous stitches being "dropped" between the cable and the needle. Returned.

I have a set of these metal ones and a set of knit picks wood ones. What I enjoy about them is they are metal and slick so you can knit pretty quick if you want. Also like the rotation of the needles on the cable so you don't get tangles. I DON'T like that the set only comes with 3 cables. With the knit picks I can buy tons of cables separately, different lengths or different ones of the same length so I can park a project on the cable if I want to pick up another project of the same size... Not possible with this set. you get three sizes and that's it.
