Screen protector failed, blocks service.
The case is definitely bulky and tough, so tough it will block your service slightly, but the glass is very fragile, probably because it’s part of the case and doesn’t sit flush on the screen, allowing space which makes it weaker. It is easy to assemble and might work better without the built in screen protector.
