They are made from Royal Icing according to the Culpitt's site- and Royal icing usually has eggwhites in it. They are quite hard and could easily be detached

I ordered these + another item, came up as delivered, but only 1 of the items were in the parcel. No sugar carrots?

You need to contact the seller & say only one item in package. Presumably the packer was just having a bad day. If no joy - contact Amazon.

These are perfect

Arrived in good time and good condition. I bake a lot of cakes/ cupcakes and these are perfect for when I’m making carrot cake either as a cake or cupcake these are the perfect size & look lovely. They are good quality and taste very nice. I would definitely buy these again. And they have a very good date on them until middle of 2022. Which is very good. I highly recommend.
