Got the steam and put it together. I had heard so much about it from a friend of mine. He loved it! Said he convinced seven of his friends to buy it, and they all felt less joint pain, and just generally better. When I told him I felt no difference he thought I was kidding. I tried it for two weeks straight on the highest setting and I really wasn’t sweating. He was over one day and said he wanted to take a steam so I let him. He said yours doesn’t heat up like mine does it’s defective. Unfortunately it was after the return date so now I’m stuck with a $200 steam that doesn’t do anything. Save your money no one’s helping to replace the parts necessary so that the steam gets to the level of temperature it needs to be effective.

Quick set up. Works good so far. Takes a while to start steaming with a full tank. A little tight inside. I’m 5’-10” and in the seat my knees touch the clear door.

Ripped immediately when being assembled with almost not pressure applied. Terrible quality stitching. It felt like ripping a napkin.

Unfortunately when this product arrived it was damaged and looked used it was very disappointed very large package to try and return to the post office not happy
