So comfortable
The Split Pad Compact has worked out wonderfully for me. My hands are a little larger and while I can use the normal joycons, my hands will cramp up after a gaming session once in a while. No cramping with these. They are a great fit for my hands. There is no latency with the buttons, and while it might take an hour or two to get used to the size, it's worth having. The lavender colour is gorgeous too. No regrets here!

The best switch controller I've found
I've tried a few different switch controllers, the Hori Split Pad Pro, these Compacts, Joycons, and the Nitro Deck. In terms of control, these are my favorite by far.

Love this controller
Out of all the controllers I've used on the Nintendo Switch, this is the best one I have ever used. The buttons feel comfortable and strong, the response time is amazing, and the joy sticks feel so good to use. The body feels incredibly light compared to most controllers, but the same I feel makes up for it grip wise.I definitely recommend this controller for both TV and Handheld Mode, It just feels so good to use.

So much better than regular controllers...
I've come to learn that joypads/split pads are better for my hands than regular controllers. I have arthritis, and for my needs, this works because it's much thinner and I don't grip it as hard. The color is beautiful, too. I did get the warranty, but I'll update this review if I have any issues with it. It'a also lighter weight than my wireless controllers (makes sense), so yet another thing that's a win for my hands.
