If you haven't bought this Brush yet then you need to ASAP... after years of colouring my hair in every rainbow🌈 colour in the world over and over the last 5-6years years, countless bleaching ect... my hair was just broken and snapping each time when brushed with a normal brush, iv tried all different brushes, until i can across THIS ABSOLUTE GEM OF A BRUSH, but im NOT even joking when I say, when i bought this brush about 3months ago, my hair is now down to my bum, it's grown about 3-4 inches and my hair is actually growing instead of snapping at the ends for the first time in years, and it makes my hair sooo silky and smooth, I HIGHLY recommend this brush to absolutely everyone, bore bristle brush is the way forward, iv just bought another 2, I originally bought 2 the big and small brush for my 3year old daughter as she has tight curly hair and it's amazing with her hair also, but she and my 2 year old like to play hide the brush I swear🤣🤣 so yep I'm buying another 2 because they are that good with the non breakage, detangling, smooth hair the list goes on.... infact it was a eye opener when I used a normal brush yesterday and my hair actually snapped all over my lap like it used to, so it was a definite that the "wonder" brush was actually saving my hair not breaking it, the proff is in the pudding as they say!!! my hair has grown so much and it is so much more healthy and I just can't believe how much my hair has grown the last few weeks-months, this is a miracle brush and if you don't own one you need too have this brush, I'm not joking and for only £10 what an amazing price for such benefits for your hair to be health again, thank you to who ever invented these bruses.. i lost my previous hair brush a few days ago when re-arranging my bedroom and hadn't been able to properly brush my hair (i misplaced my back-up folding hair brush a few years ago. i couldn't stand not having tidy hair any longer (thank goodness i sleep with a loose hair bobble to keep my hair in check at night) and i had finally given up finding the old hair brush this morning. it's in a storage box somewhere i'm sure), which is why i got this brush. my hair is thicker and frizzier than normal for white people, and yet prone to breaking and is very oily by default, so i was hesitantly optimistic about this brush. firstly, i love the wooden handle. the shape is very ergonomic and the wood iteself is very smooth. it's great that it doesn't have that awful "tacky" feeling you get from plastic or rubberized handles. the rubber tips of the plastic bristles are very gentle on the scalp and while i prefer ones that are scratchy on the scalp, they will wear down over time, so i'm not upset at all by it. the best feature is absolutely the boar bristles. being about 2/3rds the length of the plastic ones, you can adjust how hard it pulls through your hair by pressing harder, which makes it very intuitive. what makes the boar bristles so damn good is that they keep the removed hair suspended from the base of the brush, which not only makes it very easy to clear, it also stops things like oil and dirt from building up at the bast, which is a problem i've had will all hair brushes so far. once this one eventually gets too old to use, i am DEFINITELY going to buy the same one. i'm normally a very reserved person, but just brushing my hair with this brush had put me in such a great mood, that i couldn't wait to review it --even with ice cream. i took writing this over eating ice cream. i got this at half price (full price as of writing this is 13.99), but even at full price, i'd say this is a steal. given the sheer quality of the brush, i had completely forgotten it had come with a comb as well. i can't wait to use the comb on my hair in the shower.

Great brush, used straight away and my hair feels amazing. Easy de tangling, solid and feels nice. So much so, I’ve thrown every other hair brush I own out. The only reason I haven’t given it 5 (yet) is purely down to not having it long and not knowing how well it with stand the test of time.

Omg best brush ever I didn’t think I would notice the difference but this brush feels amazing. And is exceptionally well made and so worth the money it comes in a nice box , would highly recommend. It’s extremely good at detangling and literally feels like it’s massaging my head

Arrived yesterday is just amazing! It's everything I wanted in this brush PLUS more! It has genuinely wowed me. The shape, the size and the hold are perfect. Its light in the hand, easy to hold and use and wow. This really works for thick hair like it says in the title. Having thick hair, I often worry about the bristles of brushes not being long enough to properly penetrate through all my hair and reach the scalp I am happy to say the bristles on here are long and pliable, so it will get through all your hair and reach all the way to your scalp. I have used this both yesterday and today mainly the boar bristles on its own and it feels amazing and it almost feels like a massage on the scalp, which is super good for circulation and hair growth but also, the boar bristles are amazing for distributing oils from the scalp all the way to the ends of your hair. I have type 2b thick density hair and this does not pull, tug or mess with the natural wave patterns/curls on my hair at all when brushing, so much so that I'd even go as far as to say it beats my studio detangling brush that I bought a year ago from superdrug (if you live in the uk). It outperforms every hair brush or comb I've have or owned in the past by far, no exaggeration. My scalp gets oily by day 3 or 4 of not washing it and the oil builds up so quickly after that (which is why I usually try to wash my hair twice a week). I find the oil just sits on top and irritates my scalp making it itchy and giving me dandruff but the ends and mid-lengths get dryer and wispy looking. This was primarily one of the main reasons I bought this, because I felt like the mid-length and ends of my hair was missing out on the actual goodness that my scalp was providing for my hair leading to oil build up just on the roots. And I'm so happy I bought it. It made my hair very conditioned after and my scalp isn't as oily, although my hair is very old right now and needs a wash so it is still looking a little greasy at the roots which is easily fixed with corn starch, arrowroot powder, talc powder or dry shampoo. My lengths and ends were feeling dry and this distributed the oils so well and tamed all frizz and flyaways that I didn't need anything else after using this brush. My scalp also isn't as itchy and uncomfortable as it usually would be when I've gone this long without washing my hair. Usually I may notice more dandruff flakes or oils just building up at the top. Overall, this is an amazing brush. But its also cute that they included the wider tooth comb, a compact brush/comb and a bag to store all these in. And the price of this is so affordable! Just cannot complain one bit. The only thing I wish is that I'd bought the version with the smaller boar bristle brush, as that one could come in handy more for travelling or bringing on the go. The wide tooth comb is a tad bit scratchy but I'm not complaining! Overall very happy with my purchase and so glad I bought it.

This wonderful brush has changed the condition of my hair and scalp, no need for conditioner! This brush makes you look after your hair as gliding it through the lengths of your hair is addictive, hence, wonderful shine. Just buy it, its well made, will last for year and years, great price as well..

Finally, a boar bristle brush which actually gets through thick hair! I previously had a boar bristle hair brush which was lovely when used, but didn't always detangle, which is why I often ended up having to use another comb to get out knots, but this brush is almost a two in one with its extra firm brush bristles. I have been using this daily as it is no longer a chore to brush my hair and I actually enjoy doing it and seeing a silky soft mane instead of a frizzy birds nest! My hair is thick and long and many brushes have been listed as 'good for thick hair' but I have tried several in the past and they haven't worked out for me, so maybe not great for really thick hair, but this one certainly is. It is comfortable to hold and use, non slip and effective. Mine came in a box with a comb which I use for clearing excess hair from the brush bristles and a bag of small braid bobbles, which I have yet to use. With this brush I have also noticed minimal hair loss amongst the bristles, it is detangling my hair quite effortlessly which is great, as brushing used to be hard work. All in all this is a great brush and was on offer at £7.50 or so, when I purchased it early in February so also great value for money. Anyone with thick hair looking for a great brush which actually works, look no further. Highly recommend!
