Loved by all!
Received my first order promptly however one of the three control toggles didn't work (and it was missing a couple pieces). Reached out to Amazon and they sent a replacement and it worked (and continues to work) beautifully! I paid roughly $20 for it and even at a higher price, it would be money well spent. It's slightly larger than other claw machines and the ability to turn off the music or increase/lower the volume are all really appreciated by the family.Because I held on to the first box until I received the replacement, I was able to compare the 5 little toys that came with the game and there was a definite difference in quality between them. Not anything super important as I had ordered tiny animal plushies to supplement the game - PLEASE NOTE: while the claw is great, it does help to have plushies or toys inside the game that have little loops or ties to help grab onto it. I even got tiny, plastic slinky toys but they are pretty slippery to grab unless you stretch them a little and that gives the claw something to grab on to with its teeth. Smarties or small candies are hard to grab on their own.PROS: It kept the kids (as young as 3 and as old as grandparents) busy all day long. The volume controls are great and the three toggles are great. Each "coin" activates the player for 60 seconds and once you win, the game stops no matter what you're doing. If you don't "win" - it's easy for the player to just add in another coin to try again. If you're in the process of dropping the toy, once the time expires, the claw freezes in place until you put in another coin - on the plus side, it comes with 12 handy plastic coins for you to use over and over again. We used batteries (versus the USB charger) and so far the game has been going strong for almost 2 weeks with daily usage.CONS: the plexiglass sides are a bit flimsy and so you'll need to be careful if you're picking it up and bringing it somewhere. The toys it comes with aren't the greatest but are a nice extra. The claw is versatile however there are limits to how far back it can go (so toys or treats lining the back wall of the game are in dead space unless you have a string or piece of the prize that the claw can grab on to).OVERALL: Really charming toy and it's given a lot of joy. Those claw games in the arcade are so expensive and this version leaves the kids feeling really good about themselves. They tend to win a lot of prizes and then stick them back in through the hole on the top so they can keep trying. Would definitely recommend!

If you can’t build IKEA furniture, get something else
Cons: My spouse can take apart and rebuild a car and said this was a PITA to put together. Not impossible, just fiddly. It’s not made of super durable materials, either, so reconsider if you have kids that are used to rough-and-tumble toys. It is advertised as having 6 “prizes” but only came with 5. Not a dealbreaker, but again kind of irritating.Pros: It works exactly as advertised and consistently “grabs” the target item. Kids are playing with it so they’re not here to sharpen their claw machine skills, right? It does come with plenty of little coins so kids who tend to lose parts will still be able to round up at a least a few. It was pretty inexpensive and can be charged if you have a spare cable.

Kids love ❤️ this!
At first, we thought this didn't work. Kid was so anxious to play with with this that she put it half together, I finished. Didn't work. A couple days later, was taking apart to send back and realized that the one column had an electrical plug-in that went to the base that wasn't plugged in to anything. Unscrewed the bottom and saw where it needed to go - and tested it prior to putting it back together. Yay! It worked! Kids have been playing over and over. It doesn't matter that it comes with only like 5 toys to put inside, they just opened the door on top and it's the next persons turn. Only downside is that we have a baby and it's kinda loud. Even when you turn the music off, it says "yay" or something when they win. 🙂 They can't get enough of this!Awesome gift!

A broken gift
This was a gift to my granddaughters. From what I was told the backup lever would not work. It was an expensive toy. I knew they would love it but it was broken. My son in law threw it away! I was devastated because it should have been sent back!Such a disappointment.

Love this!
Bought this for my kids for Christmas and it is one of their favorite things they’ve ever gotten. They have not stopped playing with it since. This product came in perfect condition, the packing was pretty nice. This does not require any batteries at all so it can be played with over and over again. This also comes with unlimited coins you can use and there is a little opening at the top so you can add your own mini toys or treats.Definitely worth the buy!

This was a Christmas hit!
Very easy to assemble and my kids had a blast learning how to manipulate this claw machine. They have even started adding their own small toys to test their claw skills. Before long, we will have to hit up the real life claw machines to see if they can nab the expensive prizes. 😄 Only minor bummer is the machine has to stay plugged in to USB power to operate. Not a huge deal but a small inconvenience.

Great for Christmas games!
We used this for a group of teens during our Christmas games, that we do every year. It worked great! I put Lindor Candies, and little 1 inch plastic capsules that had money in them. Along with some fluffy toys. It come with little "coins" you can then use as rewards for another game that gives the winner 60 seconds to collect a prize with the claw. Sometimes the prize detector works and shutsdown the game when someone does get a prize, sometimes it doesn't. Two reasons for giving a 4, the power cable kept falling out (which is really annoying) and the claw does not have quite good enough range for the entire prize area.

Festive and fun
My little one loved it and so do we! It is very fun and festive. Very easy to assemble and the claw is powerful! It picks up heavier things including candy or small figurines. We did have to make adjustments so that the toys don’t get trapped on the sides (which is impossible to get with the claw). Overall, great!
