After having our home flooded and damaged by hurricanes Helene and Milton, we purchased this tape to use primarily as a temporary flood barrier for sealing exterior doors and windows from water penetration. After testing numerous different materials, this tape provided the best combination of waterproofness, width, adhesive strength and removability. Needless to say, I hope to never have to use it, but for the money, it's a small investment to potentially eliminate or minimize potential damage in the future.

I love this tape and it is pretty decent in quality. We ended up getting another roll because we liked it so much. I actually used it on the bottom of my horses hoof to help keep his bandage on and not wear through so easily. It was nice to only have to put two or three pieces on instead of the normal sized tape where you have to tear at least 10 or more strips to cover the bottom of a hoof.

Do you have a bathtub with a motor and jets? Do you also have a family member who takes a bath with scented oils, flower petals, or other debris you DONT want getting accidentally sucked into those jets making your motor fail?I use this tape to turn my jetted tub into a temporary soaking tub. I tape over the jets and intakes, making the tub an easy-clean surface. Then I’m not stressed when His Majesty has a long soak with his expensive lawn clippings and scented whatever. Just DONT ACTIVATE the jets. And peel off the tape when done. Easy peasy!PRO TIP:Remove tape from tub after draining and cleaning. Leaving tape over jets does not allow them to dry, and encourages mildew. Peel tape slowly to minimize any sticky residue left on tub surface, which can be easily and safely removed with a citrus “goo gone” spray and a couple wipes.

Heavy dirty rubber like tape that is very sticky. I used this to seal up any hole under my camper and it is holding up very well. We’ll see how it holds up to the cold minnesota winters

While the width of the product was exactly what I needed the stickiness is very poor and the tape was coming off less than a day after application.

Nice and wide that holds together in the heat of the summer, windy days along with rain. I tape together 6 foot wide plastic weed barrier in my garden. No staples, no posts, holds under the most windy conditions. Yes, 175 foot long and 75 foot wide, taping this much space needs great tape, this duct tape works.

We downsized to a lakefront manufactured home a year ago. The winds off the lake are powerful and we needed to close the foundation vents by taping them off under the 8 x 16" vents. Last year I used normal width duct tape. It was difficult and required as many as five or six 16" strips for each of twelve vents. With this 6" tape I could do most vents with one strip!
