The perfect coating, not too thick and yet it’s very easy to keep the chicken crispy. Not oily at all, the perfect quick dinner. I found a medium heat with about an inch of oil in the pan works a treat.

I always use this when I make at homemade Fried Chicken.Dip the chicken/chicken legs in milk, then into the seasoning, fry in oil and it’s gorgeous! Comes out very very crispy!I always bang it in the oven on low for half hour just so it’s definitely cooked all the way through.I made some for a BBQ and everyone loved it.
