I bought this specifically to make my grand daughter a pink drink(which is mostly just white grape juice anyway) and then I let her have the entire jar to take home to make more. However it smells so good, mixes so easily and tastes so delicious I bought more for frostings, homemade ice cream, sorbet etc. It is pure strawberry so you really can't go wrong and the flavor it spot on like fresh strawberry. The pink drinks were a huge hit as well and they are much cheaper and healthier made at home. I ever bought her a Starbucks cup that turned pink when cold to enhance the experience for her.

I skipped a star as there are no directions as to how much to use, unless I missed it. Smells good. I was using it in my pizzelles. I used 3 TBLS in my recipe. Not sure how much to use. It gave it a slight flavor. Did not want to use too much, as it is not cheap for the amount. The jar appears to have a lot in it.I think it is already sweetened, as I added sugar to my recipe and it was WAY too sweet. I will try again, without the sugar. would be nice if I knew how much I was supposed to use.

I bought this item for the color-changing properties for a party. The taste was meh, but honestly, I had to add sooo much lemon (like half of that plastic lemon at the store) to even get a subtle change from dark navy to lighter blue, that the beverage would be non-drinkable. I then took 1 tbsp of that liquid and put it into a new cup with more plain water to dilute and added more lemon juice to try to get the pink color that is advertised and it STILL stayed light blue! Super disappointed in this purchase. 😞

I bought this with the intention on making butterfly pea lattes. I didn’t really enjoy the flavor overall, compared to the way I had it in a cafe. But that could be due to the way I made it and not the product itself. There’s plenty of it, because a little goes a long way. I was making gummies and thought that I could use it to for coloring and that actually turned out great. (Picture attached) Versatile kitchen products are great 😄

always skeptical when buying powdered fruits. I've done the coconut powder which is ok but needs a lot. Strawberry powder isn't very strong either, but this Blueberry powder is. I bought several of these of different flavors, and it was nearly impossible to get it to mix into the liquid unless using a blender. I bought it for a different purpose than smoothies, but it became virtually unusable. Also, the flavor is quite low for the amount that has to be used.
