It's Victorinox, that's all that needs to be said. Great quality as always. It has made trimming my meats for BBQs so much easier.

Really good butchery knife
Bought this to butcher a whole venison and it definitely stood up to the job! Lovely and sharp, nice size and shape to hold. Would definitely recommend this!

Brilliant knife.
Absolutely fantastic knife, I have filleted several fish. Like a surgeons scalpel with regards to sharpness and precision. Highly recommend these knives.

Comfortable good value
Comfortable handle, nice to hold. Blade has a little flex, but not too much; it's a decent knife and good value. Frankly this is probably a good choice regardless of whether you're boning every day and replace it every so often, or only very rarely and so don't want to spend as much on it as other knives. I also like the curved shape for any kind of hollowing out of vegetables etc.

Excellent knife
Like any serious cook, I don't care if this is not the same "brand" as my other knives; I simply buy the best knife for the job and I needed a good boning knife. Word of warning: this is an incredibly sharp knife! My only (tiny) gripe is I would have liked a fraction more play in the tip, but I'm being pedantic; for fish you may want a different knife but I suspect that would then have too much play for beef or lamb..

This knife is just amazing, cuts meat and chicken very smoothly and is very sharp without even putting much pressure on it .

切れやすいけど厚みのある魚、例えばマグロの解体とか少し使ったけど切れ味は良かったけど刃が薄いから切れなくなると言われました。当たり前のクラッカーでした。でも解体後のさくを切るのは最高です。

Excellent produit, pas cher et très performant pour découper des morceaux de viande que l'on ne souhaite pas manger. Bonne préhension, lame très longue, fine et tranchante. À acheter sans aucune hésitation. Victorinox, une très grande marque sérieuse, comme toujours !
