I have Spinal Stenosis, sciatica, a shoulder scapula, pull muscle on my elbow right arm and a lot of inflammation. ok with that, if anyone has experience any of these painful traumas know how painful it can be and the discomfort that comes with it, I have tried everything thing one can come up with to easy my pain and finally I came across this product and have found a tremendous relief. What I love about it that it freezes just about the right temperature and when the use as hot it great. The Gel wraps have help me to experience less pain and my swelling have gone down sufficient. I recommended this product to anyone that is in any discomfort. I am 76 years old, and I didn't think it was possible but yes am able to sleep more and laugh a little. Great product. I use for mlc and acl injury on knee. I feel like it is not cold enough on the soft side so I use on the darker plastic side. It is still comfy and doesnt burn the skin. Straps are long, it holds very well. Good purchase!

This knee cold pack works pretty well. We started playing pickleball recently so started to actually use it a bit and it definitely helps with the knee pain and swelling I get after playing for a while. Not the easiest thing to put on, but once you get it adjusted, it stays in place well. It stays cold for just about as long as you would need or want it to. No problems with any leaking after using it for quite a long time, so it's pretty durable.

I gave this 5 stars because I spent several hours researching ice packs and while this one isn’t perfect, I feel it’s the best you’ll find. It’s made of thick vinyl so I don’t think anything will poke holes in it. Has a good binding to keep it from falling apart. I got the larger size. Right size for back, knee, shoulder. It gets really cold. Although a little stiff straight from the freezer, it bends fine within 2 minutes. It has a center divider that helps conform it to your body. It stays cold a good amount of time but I haven’t timed it. Also not sure how long it takes to re-freeze but I would guess 1.5 hrs. Only downside is as it thaws it forms moisture on the outside. I wrap it in a very thin kitchen towel and it takes care of the problem. I would definitely recommend this ice pack.Update: the ice bag may be a heavy final but it’s covered by canvas-like cloth.

This works great for my knee. It stays put even if I need to get up for something.

This knee wrap is wonderful. I pulled my ACL and was having a problem icing it in the evening. The straps on this product are sturdy and it stays in place perfectly. I can even walk around the house without it slipping. It holds the cold temperature for quite a while, which is very nice. I give it a definite thumbs up!

These are very nice, good quality and easy to use. I needed them for a knee replacement.For this purpose they were not cold enough and warmed up after 10 minutes or so. For other purposes probably just fine.For knee replacement look at ComfyTemp refillable knee ice pack.
