In 2020, fearing the world was ending, my wife and I asked her mother to order us lime in order to waterglass eggs. Now, if you know anything about waterglassing eggs, it needs lime the mineral, not powdered lime the fruit. But, in 2020, we received this type of lime instead. We laughed, and promptly put this to work in our vodka tonics.Fast forward four years, the world is not ending, but we still order this lime. We do not drink vodka anymore since the incident, but still use this powdered lime as a marinade for chicken, for carne asada, in pad thai and many other amazing dishes. It tastes like fresh lime, not like a powder. Sometimes we mix with water and sugar for limeade.I cannot stress how this revolutionized my kitchen more. It gave me a perennial backup to buying limes, which is handy when I have forgotten to buy them. If you are looking for an exact lime replacement, this works very very well. It lasts a long time, and will serve you well.

It's basically an actual lime in a shaker. Not fake, not artificial.If you want to add lime to something, shake this on it and you're good. Try it on tostones or in your ramen, your drink, whatever! Super good, highly recommended.It's lime and that's it!

My second time buying this product - absolutely love the taste. I use it in a virgin Bloody Mary with Spicy V8. But I also use it when I am cooking. I love fresh limes but when they aren’t available, I use this product - this is much cheaper than real limes and it lasts much longer.

I wasn't sure that I was gonna like this product, but it definitely surprised me. I used it in several dishes, and it definitely make sure gravy, pop and other foods that you need a little acidity, great purchase.

Taste very close to lime, this should last me awhile I use it with fresh lime just to give it a little sour kick.

This company knows how to bring out the best in citrus flavors! I have the other flavors in packets and appreciated this coming in a shaker. Can't believe it's this affordable- almost the same price as our 2 for $1.00 whole limes in stores. Looking forward to some delicious Mexican food and meat marinades with this. Perfect strength, no bitter after notes and so far, no clumps.

I absolutely love this stuff. I use it on so many things. I put it on my salmon, my Indian food, my Peugeot food in fact most of my takeouts, as well as most of the food, I cook! I am a lemon fiend, and this is really good. Highly recommend although a tad expensive
