This is a soft/medium brush. Gentle on fine and damaged hair. Very smoothing, conditioning due to the natural bristles that work to leave hair smooth and shiny. I love this brush and it is very well made. Much better than a plastic bristle, which can damage the hair. I give it a 10!

I recently purchased but am very happy with this brush that I have used daily since I received it. It smooths my hair without hurting, ripping or any damage. No excess hair in the brush. I actually enjoy using it.

I have a really oily scalp that ive struggled with my whole life. I've only ever really used detangler brushed and had never tried a boar bristle brush before but after reading reviews I figured I'd give it a try. It does seem to help distribute the oil down my hair and if I brush at night when I wake up it's far less obvious and lets me go longer between shampooing.The size works for me. Ive got shoulder length really thin hair. The quality of the handle seems nice and sturdy. It does drop a bristle or two almost every use which doesn't feel sustainable for long. I think the over all cost to quality ratio is what I expected though.

The bristles were both soft and sufficiently hard to brush the hair very well. Good value for the money and easy to use.
