Good boost. 1 scoop is honestly a pretty chill “pre workout” so probably more aimed at the fat burning. Like I’ll take this when I wake up but also need a cup of coffee when I get to the office. 2 scoops will do ya though! I’ll take 2 scoops if I really need an energy boost. About a month of use, I feel like I’m gaining muscle and losing fat but it’s hard to tell.

I've been going to the gym for 2 months and I've had this every day! Not only does it taste good but it's nice because you don't get any jitters or itching that I've heard about with other pre-work out drinks. I will say that you feel the warm when you drink it to help you burn or shred but it's nothing to be scared or worried about but I gave some to a friend and he felt it when I don't even pay attention to it. But it taste like kool-aid! Mixes great in my shaker bottle and mixes well with other things like creatine or even my collagen
