I absolutely LOVED reading this book! It was so inspiring, positive, real, and proactive. I truly enjoyed learning new ideas to help me in my own life and living through chronic illness. I think even w/o illness it's a great read because of the many ideas we can use to incorporate into our life of wellness. Awesome layout, and the fabulous quotes lifted me up on days I was very down. Thank you so much for sharing your ideas, creativity, and rawness through your journey, which is so similar to mine!!! Thank you for putting a smile on my face and hope in my heart. My soul feels revived!!!

As I was reading this book there were many times that I thought the author must be living with me and reading my mind! Her reference to the Doobie Brothers song, "Minute by Minute... I keep holding on" is exactly how I feel many days. Often I plan my days around how much energy I need to accomplish certain tasks, and act accordingly. It was so helpful that I felt like Donna understood, and that I am not alone in my struggle. There is lots of practical advice to help you get through your day well, as well as philosophical food for thought. All in all, I find I am not so lonely, which can happen when you feel like someone let all of the air out of you and you just can't communicate. No matter what, I can always be inspired by a few pages of this book...

This book is also a good read for someone who cares for the chronically ill. Sometimes it is difficult to have the patience and empathy for our loved ones as they deal with the challenges they face on a daily basis. I am also enjoying the inspirational quotes throughout the book. One has already been copied and put on my refrigerator. I highly recommend this book to anyone who needs a little push to make positive changes in their lives. Can't wait to finish it...and then read it again.Linda

Donna's book gives you an inside glimpse into living with chronic illness and how to manage to do it with grace and balance, and as positive an attitude, as one can muster. Her tips on how to lead a balanced and healthy lifestyle were appropriate for this women dealing with the trials of simply getting older, and could be a really valuable tool in your tool kit, for anyone dealing with illness and life challenges of any type. We can all use her clear, simple wisdom and reminders of how to life a beautiful life!

This book is a wonderful read. It doesn't matter if you are young or old, this book should be read by everyone. You don't have to be sick or tired to read it. I love how Beloved Donna writes about being sexy at any age. She is a great representation of that. I really liked that it covers the topic "You are what you eat".The layout of the book is all very appropriate and makes it super simple to read. This book is the kind of book to keep on your nightstand and read daily. I really believe that Gratitude is the right attitude, as Beloved Donna mentions in the book. I am grateful that Beloved Donna wrote this beautiful book.
