Coloplast Sween Cream 12oz

I had some of this cream a long time ago and it was really good and this was fine but it is not as good as it use to be-it left a "coating" on my skin for lack of a better word and while the jar was a big size-it was not cheap $$ I was ok with this item but will try others instead of getting more of this

This is the most effective healing cream on the market. As a nurse I’ve used many creams, OTC and Rx. This is a heavy bodied cream that is very healing. It is absorbed into the skin, just keep rubbing if you apply too much. You can apply bandaids or tape over it and it will stick. It doesn’t make your hands oily and slip on your steering wheel. I use it for chapped hands in the winter, and beat up hands in summer with gardening. The lanolin and beeswax make it so healing. Make sure you get the Moisturizing Body Cream. Sween makes a few different products, this one is the best. Recommended it to a friend with psoriasis, it softened the plaques and relieved the itch, won’t heal psoriasis but gave him some relief and the skin looked and felt better. Great for sore cracked elbows or feet. The only cream I use. Very highly recommended.

I live in Florida. That said, I found a container of Sween Cream in the bath closet of an old Iowa farmhouse while visiting and became so grateful for that bit of serendipity. I've used both Sween lotion and cream for over 5 years now and will order as long as they continue to make it. I have dry flaky skin that did not respond to anything after I developed a LacHydrin allergy after years of use for a diagnosed skin condition (ichthyosis). I was in poor shape until I reached for the Sween in the cabinet of a friend and it's been a god-send. Even in Florida, it's not too heavy even though it might seem to go on thick. In summer I use the lotion and switch to cream in the dryer fall/winter months. It sinks right in after a shower which is when I need it most. Highly recommended - thanks Coloplast!

I completed 33 treatments of radiation treatment. My right side & breast where like burnt toast. The creams & lotions that the center gave me was of no use. I remembered my Mom using it back in the day when the pharmacist use to keep it behind the counter.Fast forward to today, when I asked the pharmacist for the cream, they were clueless. Thank goodness, I was able to find the cream.Using the Sween cream has been my miracle cream. It’s been over a month & the redness, sore, dry cracked skin is practically healed. There is a slight scent to it but nothing that is overwhelming or distracting to me.

I have used this cream for at least 40 years. I discovered it when working in hospitals for colostomy patients and it was unbelievable how the skin would respond overnight without interfering with tape sticking to the skin. It’s well worth the price.

This body cream is the best body cream I have found. Trust me I have tried many many creams and this one is by far the best. I have extremely dry skin and have tried many many creams over the the years that just didn't seem to work with the dryness and itching. I would apply a cream and an hour later the scales would return. For me this cream only requires me to apply it every evening and it lasts the entire night and day. Another issue over the years I've had with creams is that they were greasy leaving you with a oily feeling. With this cream you do not feel greasy or oily afterwards.

Great product not too heavy or greasy.....I am outside a lot and very dry...I use it on my face too!!!

J’aime beaucoup cette crème. Je l’applique le soir sur mes talons rugueux et ça fonctionne. En plus j’adore son odeur! Une préposée qui s’occupe de ma mère me l’a conseillée. C’est la marque qu’ils utilisent au CHSLD.

I have used this cream following surgery to heal the scar and various skin rashes since and I have found it to be very effective.

If your feet crack this is wonderful cream - works with a day or three - I totally recomend it

I used this product for red sore dry skin. slap it on and it takes care of it. Hospitals use it also.

If you have dry skin this is an exellent product
