In testing UASP performs with a 70 per cent faster read speed and 40 per cent faster write speed over traditional USB 3.1 at peak performance. At the same peak in testing UASP also shows an 80 per cent reduction in required processor resources. Testing results were obtained using an Intel Ivy Bridge system and a SATA III solid state drive.

Solid quality item
Bought this because of the photos accompanying the listing. Even so I was really impressed by the look and feel of this when it arrived. All screws, leads and screw drivers included.Well worth the money.

Well made - Exeptional value for money!
Very well made - Robust and Rugged!Quality of the materials is exceptional for the price! Does exactly what it is intended fo, without issue.It is most defiantly not cheap, inferior Far Eastern quality.

Great Price and works perfectly
I had a spare M.2 Sata 2280 from a laptop that had died and needed a small backup drive to take on holiday. This has fitted the bill perfectly. Fitting the drive was easy - the kit came with all screws & screwdrivers. Connected to my PC (using supplied cable) and it detected it straight away. Was able to delete the old partitions on the drive and then reformat it to use as an external drive. Very happy with the product and would buy again.

Expensive but great for making a portable ssd
A bit expensive for an empty case, but it's really nice quality aluminum and the data transfer rate using my laptop's type C port is great. Had a constant 350 MB/s with a cheap 256 ssd.
